Please double check that your shipping address is correct upon checkout, as I do not offer refunds on orders sent to the wrong address.

Domestic shipping typically takes 3-10 days, international shipping times vary by destination.

Smaller sticker orders will be mailed in stamped envelopes WITHOUT tracking information, this is intended to help save you unnecessary shipping costs since the items are so lightweight. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation, but tracking information will not be available. If you’ve been waiting 2 weeks and still have not received your order, please let me know and we can sort things out!
- Anything marked by USPS as delivered is considered as so.
- There is no need for shipping digital goods, these are available immediately upon purchase.
- I do offer returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations in most cases.
- Sticker returns are accept as long as the back lining has not been removed.
- Returns for digital downloads are NOT offered, this is simply due to the nature of them being a non-physical item.
- For order cancellations, please contact me within 24 hours of ordering, once the item has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
- Please contact me within 4 days of receiving your item, if your return is approved I'll send you a free return shipping label which you can attach to the original package and mail back. Please mail this back within the following 7 days.
To request a return/exchange please include your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange in this form and I will get back with you as soon as I can.
